At Home gerden, we strive to deliver your home and garden essentials quickly, safely, and reliably. Because our products are fulfilled using Amazon’s logistics infrastructure and trusted carrier network, your orders benefit from industry-leading fulfillment standards.

1. Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times depend on your location, selected shipping speed, and membership status (such as Amazon Prime).

Freight / Large Items 5 to 10 Business Days Applies to oversized garden furniture or heavy equipment. Scheduled delivery required.
Note: Delivery timelines begin after the order handling/processing period is complete.

2. Processing & Handling Times

  • Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA): Most orders placed before the daily cutoff time are processed and shipped the same or next business day.

  • Merchant Fulfilled Orders: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or official holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

3. Shipping Rates & Prime Benefits

  • Amazon Prime Members: Prime-eligible items sold under the Home gerden trade name qualify for free shipping according to your Prime tier (Free Two-Day, One-Day, or Same-Day Delivery where applicable).

  • Non-Prime Customers: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping speed.

  • Free Shipping Thresholds: Non-Prime orders exceeding the minimum spend threshold (e.g., $25 or $35 on eligible items) qualify for Free Standard Shipping.

4. Order Tracking

Once your Home gerden order has shipped, you will receive an automated confirmation email with a direct tracking link. You can also track your shipment at any time by:

  1. Navigating to Your Orders on Amazon.

  2. Locating your purchase from Home gerden.

  3. Clicking Track Package to view real-time status updates and carrier details.

5. Delivery Exceptions & Special Instructions

  • PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: Standard shipping is available to PO Boxes and military addresses; however, expedited speeds and oversized items (e.g., large planters, outdoor furniture sets) cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.

  • Delivery Confirmation: For high-value items, a signature or scheduled delivery appointment may be required upon receipt.

  • Severe Weather & Carrier Delays: Unforeseen weather events or carrier disruptions may occasionally cause delays beyond our estimated delivery windows.

6. Damaged, Missing, or Delayed Shipments

We take great care in packaging Home gerden products. However, if your package arrives damaged or fails to arrive within the expected timeframe:

  • Damaged Items: Please take photos of the damaged packaging/item and submit a claim through the Returns & Replacement Center within 30 days of delivery

 

  • Lost or Missing Packages: If your tracking indicates "Delivered" but you have not received your item, please check around your delivery location, confirm with neighbors, and wait 24 hours (as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered prematurely). If it still hasn't arrived, contact Customer Support via Your Orders.

 

7. Returns & Exchanges

Shipping for returned items adheres strictly to Amazon’s standard 30-day return policy.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: Free return shipping labels are provided.

  • Buyer’s Remorse / Unwanted Items: Return shipping fees may be deducted from your total refund depending on the item category and return reason.
